Rooms we had were spotless and amazing, and we had plenty of hot water - no complaints at all. Plus, it was a quick walk to the restaurant. 🌟

quiet hotel in a good location in the middle of the city. what a nice staff. new building and spotless and new-fashioned rooms with enough hot water. an electronic key card, a work desk, and tv available. location not far from the restaurant and the airport. fast check in and in general excellent service. very comfortable stay, as always.

A bit rude staff!

We were pleased to have an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. the location turned out to be quiet, just off the airport and the restaurant. - the service was excellent with a fast check-in. - Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

I stayed here for the second time and got a family room with plenty of hot water, all the staff were super friendly and kind.

The room was super clean and had a nice terrace where you can chill. there was a fan that kept the room cool. Its location was awesome, near the airport and close to restaurants too! 🌟

I had a great night at this hotel, the staff was friendly and always available, and the location was peaceful despite being in the middle of the city.

During my recent romantic escape, we enjoyed the modern and minimalist style of the room. The free-standing bathtub was immaculate, and we loved the large wrap-around balcony. The bed was big and comfortable and the size of the room was perfect with enough storage space and adequate lighting. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was another highlight; there was a large selection of delicious food on offer.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our overall experience. the bathroom had no door, which was not ideal for our romantic getaway.

We had a lovely romantic escape with great complementary facts such as fast wifi throughout the building and refillable toiletries. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions and delicious local food. the bed was very comfortable and the balcony area was spacious with a beautiful view.

the bathroom was not as clean as we expected and there were cigarette butts scattered around.

During my recent stay at 22Land Hotel & Residence, we were impressed with the modern minimalistic style of the room and the entire hotel. The reception area was comfortable, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. The exterior of the hotel was also quite attractive. One of the highlights was the free-standing bathtub in our room, immaculate. We also loved the wrap-around balcony with a personal space when we wanted to relax and enjoy the view. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room had ample storage and lighting. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the man at the front desk and the lady who served us in the restaurant. Another plus was the delicious breakfast buffet, with a large selection of food that was all very tasty.

The only drawbacks we noticed were the lack of a door to the bathroom, not ideal for privacy, and there were a couple of issues that needed improvement. we felt that the housekeeping team should be more trained in room security.

Clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff, great balcony bath, good value for money, reduced plastic usage, fast check-in/out.
